Can I sublease the property that I am renting? No, your rental agreement states that no subletting in any form is permitted. Anyone wishing to occupy the property must submit an application and go through the screening process. Better yet, refer your friends!
How can I renew my lease? We are thrilled you've enjoyed your time with us and that you'd like to continue your stay! We will contact you 60 days prior to the end of your lease to discuss terms and process of renewal!
What is considered a maintenance emergency? A major water leak, lack of heat or hot water, is considered an emergency maintenance issue and should be reported immediately by calling the emergency maintenance line.
How can I avoid security deposit disputes at move out? We strongly reccomend being thorough with your move in and move out checklists, and keep detailed records during your tenancy.
