Final phase of Montebello (approx. 7.8 acres undeveloped) is located on Arezzo Drive between State park Road and Worley Road. This Final Phase of Montebello is a PD and designed to provide single family residential dwellings. The concept is to provide the most important characteristics of conventional housing in a convenient setting. 1. Sewage and Water - Sewer and water will be provided by Greenville County (Parker Water and Sewer District) construction shall be accordance with requirements and standards set forth by the County of Greenville and the (PWSD). 7.
